Based on the strong oxidizing property and strong sterilization ability of the high-concentration hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology utilizes the high-pressure ionization to convert the hydrogen peroxide into the gas cloud and diffuse at high speed, so as to damage the cell permeability and kill the bacteria; Meanwhile, with the help of ultraviolet and the high speed particles which are caused by the plasma generator under the action of the strong electrical field, the hydrogen peroxide is converted into the ionic active group through excitation. It is extremely easy for the active group to generate the oxideizing reaction with the bacteria, the spare, the protein in the virus and nucleic acid and denature; the high- speed particles etch the bacteria and virus nucleic acid; due to the ultraviolet irradiation, the proteins which are contained in the bacteria and virus denature and lose the protein activity; in the way, all kinds of bacteria, virus and other microbes are killed and the sterilization effect is achieved.
